The 75mm KwK 42 L/70 is a German tank gun mounted on the Panzer V Ausf. G. It is much more formidable than either the Panzer III J's 50mm KwK 39 L/60 or the Panzer_IV_Ausf._H's 75mm_KwK_40_L/48, as it offers significantly improved range, damage, and penetration.
The gun is also much more powerful than it's closest American counterpart, the 76mm M1A2 L/55 gun as mounted on both the M4A3E8 Sherman and M18 Hellcat in-game, it also generally out-performs the 85mm guns mounted on the T-34/85_Model_1944 and SU-85 in-game, this advantage is largely due to the German guns higher muzzle velocity and lower shell weight compared to the Soviet and U.S. guns.
